摘要
针对目前液化天然气用阀门普遍存在低温下结构强度低、密封性能差的问题,对液化天然气用低温阀门进行了工况特点与技术难点分析,总结了低温阀门在密封技术、结构设计方面的关键点,并介绍了液化天然气用低温阀门的未来发展趋势,为国内液化天然气低温阀门的设计、生产提供了相应的参考方案和解决问题的思路。
In view of the common problems of low structural strength and poor sealing performance at low temperature in valves for LNG,the characteristics and technical difficulties of low temperature valves for LNG are analyzed.The key points of low temperature valve in sealing technology and structural design are summarized.The development trend of cryogenic valves for liquefied natural gas is put forward,and it provides a corresponding reference scheme and a problemsolving idea for the design and production of domestic liquefied natural gas cryogenic valves.
