摘要
汽车轻量化技术是实现汽车节能减排、提高性能的关键技术之一。文中从轻量化设计、轻量化材料和轻量化工艺3个方面介绍了汽车结构轻量化技术的主要内容和实现方法,重点对高强度钢、铝合金、镁合金、碳纤维复合材料进行了介绍。
Vehicle lightweight technology is one of the key technologies to realize energy saving,emission reduction and performance improvement of automobiles.In this paper,the main content and realization methods of the lightweight technology of automobile structure are introduced from three aspects:lightweight design,lightweight material and lightweight process.High-strength steels,aluminum alloys,magnesium alloys,and carbon fiber composite materials are introduced.
