摘要
高压管汇连接将压裂车增压后的高压流体输送到井口,完成高压流体的输送任务。高压管汇连接已经成为制约大型压裂提速提效的一个短板,因此研究高压管汇连接对我国压裂工艺提速提效具有助推作用。文中分析了常规高压管汇连接在大型压裂应用时的问题,介绍了国内外主要厂家SPM、FMC、Schlumberger、Halliburton、宝鸡石油机械公司在高压管汇连接的研究进展。指出高压管汇连接向着去由壬、大通径、模块化、自动化方向发展。
The high-pressure manifold connection transports the high-pressure fluid after the fracturing truck is pressurized to the wellhead to complete the task of conveying the high-pressure fluid.High-pressure manifold connection has become a short board that restricts the speed and efficiency of large-scale fracturing,so the study of high-pressure manifold connection has a boosting effect on the acceleration and efficiency of China’s fracturing process.This paper analyzes the problems of conventional high-pressure manifold connections in large-scale fracturing applications,and introduces the research progress of major domestic and foreign manufacturers SPM,FMC,Schlumberger,Halliburton and Baoji Petroleum Machinery Company in high-pressure manifold connections.It is pointed out that the high-pressure manifold connection is developing in the direction of going by non-union,large diameter,modularization and automation.
