纳米硅乳液水泥浆体系在川东北元坝地区的应用 被引量:3

Application of Nano-silica Emulsion Cement Slurry in Yuanba Area, Northeast Sichuan Basin

摘要 川东北元坝地区生产套管固井具有井深、温度高、气层压力高等特点,固井防气窜难度大。针对该地区的固井技术难点,设计研究了纳米硅乳液水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系具有流动性好、API失水量小、零自由液、稠化过渡时间短、防窜效果好等特点,其形成的水泥石具有更低的渗透率,更高的抗压强度、抗冲击韧性、界面胶结强度和抗酸性气体腐蚀能力。研究结果表明,与常规水泥石相比,10%纳米硅乳液加量可以使水泥石抗折强度提高24.2%、抗压强度提高32.0%、弹性模量降低40.4%、渗透率降低81.8%、腐蚀后渗透率降低57.4%,并显著提高界面胶结强度和水泥环防气窜能力。此外,将纳米硅乳液与常规硅粉复配还可以提高水泥石的高温稳定性能。纳米硅乳液水泥浆体系在川东北元坝地区多口井成功应用,固井优良率100%,且井口不带压,较好地解决了元坝地区超深高温高压气井固井技术难题。 Production casing cementing in Yuanba area of the northeast Sichuan basin is featured with ultra-deep wells, high temperature and high gas pressure, which makes it difficult to prevent gas channeling during cementing operation. In order to solve the cementing problem, nano-silica emulsion cement slurry has been studied for the possibility of using it in Yuanba area. The cement slurry is featured with good mobility, low API water loss, no separating water, short thickening transition time, and good anti-gas channeling ability, and the set cement formed by it has lower permeability, higher compressive strength, higher impact toughness, higher interface bonding strength, and stronger acid gas corrosion resistance. Compared with conventional set cement, the bending strength of set cement treated with 10% nano-silica is increased by 24.2%, the compressive strength is increased by 32.0%, the elastic modulus is reduced by 40.4%, the permeability is reduced by 81.8%, the permeability is reduced by 57.4% after corrosion, the interface bonding strength and anti-gas channeling ability can be improved significantly. Furthermore, the high temperature strength stability of set cement can also be improved by mixing nano-silica emulsion with conventional silica powder. The cement slurry has been successfully used in the cementing of several wells in Yuanba area of the northeast Sichuan basin with good rate of cementing quality of 100% and without wellhead pressure, overcoming the difficulties encountered in ultra-deep high-temperature and high-pressure gas well cementing in Yuanba area.
