摘要
本研究主要通过探究干旱胁迫下9种先锋植物的响应特性,对粤西矿区的植被恢复进行植物筛选,促进植被生态系统向可持续性发展。以粤西地区9种先锋植物即:马占相思、木荷、黎蒴、山苍子、桃金娘、银叶金合欢、花叶络石、薜荔和油麻藤幼苗作为研究对象,通过盆栽持续干旱4周处理的方法,测定9种植物的光合响应、酶促保护系统及渗透物质。结果显示:(1)随干旱胁迫时间的延长,9种先锋植物的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率不断降低,同时黎蒴和桃金娘的胞间CO浓度不断降低。(2)随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,花叶络石和山苍子在胁迫后期,SOD、POD、CAT 3种酶含量与对照组相比均有所升高;桃金娘、银叶金合欢、花叶络石的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量在干旱胁迫各周期均显著高于对照。(3)采用模糊隶属函数法分析综合得出9种植物的抗旱性顺序为:山苍子>花叶络石>木荷>黎蒴>油麻藤>桃金娘>薜荔>马占相思>银叶金合欢。研究结果表明,山苍子、花叶络石和木荷相较其他植物适应干旱环境的能力更强,可作为粤西矿区恢复植被的先锋树种。
The study focuses on plant screening for vegetation restoration in mining areas in western Guangdong Province by exploring the response characteristics of nine pioneer plant species under drought stress to promote vegetation ecosystem development towards self-sustainability.Nine species of pioneer plants in western Guangdong,namely the seedlings of Acacia mangium,Schima superba,Castanopsis fissa,Rhodomyrtus tomentosa,Litsea cubeba,Acacia podalyriifolia,Mucuna sempervirens,Trachelospermum jasminoides,Ficus pumilawere used for the study materials.Adopt the method of potted persistent water drought to determined that nine pioneer plants’photosynthesis parameters,antioxidant enzyme activity,and osmotic adjustment substance in response to drought stress under continuous drought conditions.The results showed that:(1)With the drought increasing,the net photosynthetic rate,Stomatal conductivity,transpiration rate of the nine pioneer plants were continuously decreased,while,the intercellular COconcentration decreases in C.fissa and R.tomentosa.(2)With the drought increasing,the SOD activity,POD activity,and CAT activity of T.jasminoides and L.cubeba increased in the late drought stress stage compared with the control group;The Soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of R.tomentosa,A.podalyriifolia and T.jasminoides were significantly higher than the control group in each cycles of drought stress.(3)Adopt the comprehensive analysis of membership function method to conclude that the drought-resistant ability order of 9 plants in turn:L.cubeba>T.jasminoides>S.superba>C.fissa>M.sempervirens>R.tomentosa>F.pumila>A.mangium>A.podalyriifolia.The results indicated that compared with other plants,L.cubeba,T.jasminoides and S.superba are more able to adapt to the drought environment,so these three plants can be selected as the pioneer tree species for vegetation restoration in western Guangdong.
