摘要
为研究基于路面谱的电动助力转向系统(EPS)综合实验台复现能力,设计齿轮齿条传动的加载系统,建立考虑齿侧间隙的齿轮齿条传动系统的动力学方程,通过MATLAB/Simulink完成对齿轮齿条传动系统的动态建模,对系统包含齿侧间隙时的工况及复现情况进行分析。结果表明:搭建的齿轮齿条加载系统稳定、可控、可观测,能够较好复现路面谱曲线;齿侧间隙为正时对路面谱的复现呈现微量正向偏移,齿侧间隙为负时对路面谱的复现呈现微量负向偏移。
In order to study the reproducibility of electric power steering system(EPS)of comprehensive experimental platform based on pavement spectrum,the loading system of pinion and rack transmission was designed and the dynamic equation of pinion and rack transmission system considering the gear backlash was established.Through MATLAB/Simulink to complete the dynamic modeling of the rack and pinion transmission system,the working condition and reproduction of the system including gear backlash were analyzed.The results show that the pinion and rack loading system is stable,controllable and observable,and can reproduce the pavement spectrum curve well.When the gear backlash is positive,there is a slight positive offset to the reproduction of the pavement surface spectrum,while when the gear backlash is negative,there is a slight negative offset to the reproduction of the pavement surface spectrum.
