摘要
水凝胶独特的三维结构,提供了足够的容量容纳小分子、聚合物和粒子等材料,其中显示出抗菌性能的被称为抗菌水凝胶。抗菌水凝胶可应用于医疗设备和植入涂层、灭菌、伤口敷料以及预防和治疗耐多药感染的抗菌乳膏等多个领域。高分子水凝胶分为天然高分子、合成高分子水凝胶。天然高分子水凝胶自身具有抗菌性,合成高分子水凝胶需要通过改性增加抗菌性。介绍了不同基材抗菌水凝胶的抗菌机理、研究进展及合成高分子水凝胶的改性方法,并展望了未来抗菌型高分子水凝胶的发展前景。
The unique 3 D structure of hydrogel provides enough capacity to contain materials such as small molecules,polymers and particles.Those that show antibacterial properties are called antibacterial hydrogels.Antibacterial hydrogel can be used in many fields,such as medical equipment and implant coating,sterilization,wound dressing and antibacterial cream for preventing and treating multidrug-resistant infection.Hydrogels are divided into natural polymers and synthetic polymers.Natural polymer hydrogel itself has antibacterial property,and the synthetic polymer hydrogel needs to be modified to increase antibacterial property.The antibacterial mechanism,research progress and modification methods of synthetic polymer hydrogels with different substrates were introduced,and prospected the development direction of rhe hydrogels in the future.
