国内需求、政府补助与我国石油石化产业技术创新效率 被引量:1

Domestic Demand, Government Subsidy and Technological Innovation Efficiency of China’s Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry

摘要 利用三阶段数据包络分析模型测算我国石油石化产业技术创新效率;建立Tobit模型分析国内需求、政府补助对石油石化产业技术创新效率的影响。研究结果表明:我国石油石化产业技术创新效率水平较低,这主要是由技术创新规模效率过低导致的。整体回归中,国内需求和政府补助显著提高了石油石化产业的技术创新效率;分产权性质回归中,政府补助对非国有企业技术创新的促进作用弱于国有企业;分地区回归中,国内需求、政府补助显著提升了东部企业技术创新能力。 Three stage data envelopment analysis model is used to estimate the technological innovation efficiency of China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry. Tobit model is established to analyze the impact of domestic demand and government subsidy on the efficiency of technological innovation in petroleum and petrochemical industry. The results show that the technological innovation efficiency level of China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry is low, which is mainly caused by the low efficiency of technological innovation scale. In the overall regression, domestic demand and government subsidy significantly improve the technological innovation efficiency of petroleum and petrochemical industry;in the regression of property right, the effect of government subsidy on technological innovation of non-state-owned enterprises is weaker than that of state-owned enterprises;in the process of regional return, domestic demand and government subsidy significantly improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises in the eastern region.
