摘要
“21世纪是‘太平洋时代’”这一观点已经得到学界的一定认同,但“太平洋时代”说提出至今已经170余年,在此期间世界经济政治格局几经变换,已经呈现出与“太平洋时代”不完全相符的态势。当今世界经济发展呈现多极化格局,加之北极广阔的开发前景、北半球高纬度地区强国集聚以及太平洋沿岸国经济发展水平差距过大等原因,21世纪应该是“北冰洋—太平洋时代”而非“太平洋时代”。我国应重视和关注“北冰洋—太平洋时代”发展趋势。
The view that the 21st Century is the "Pacific Age" has been recognized to a certain degree by the academic community, but it has been more than 170 years since it was first proposed. During this period, global economic and political landscape has changed many times. Therefore, the "Pacific Age" theory has not been completely consistent with the actual trend. Because of the multipolar development of the world economy, the broad development prospects of the Arctic, the gathering of powerful countries in the high latitudes of the northern hemisphere, and the wide gap in economic development among the Pacific coastal states, the 21st Century is supposed to be the "Arctic-Pacific Age" instead of the "Pacific Age". Based on this, the article suggests that China should pay great attention to the development trend of the "Arctic-Pacific Age".
