摘要
随电子通讯、新能源汽车等新型产业的快速发展,高性能铜合金的需求日益迫切。析出型铜合金可通过析出相的精确控制实现力学性能、导电性能及其他功能性能的提升,是高性能铜合金发展的主要研究方向之一。本文综述了析出型高性能铜合金的最新研究进展,着重探讨了析出型高性能铜合金的设计和制备工艺的研究进展,同时从材料构效关系角度对其当前问题进行了讨论,对未来发展进行了展望。
With the rapid growth of emerging industries such as electronic communications,electrical vehicles,etc,the demands for high-performance copper alloys become pressing.Copper alloys dominated by precipitation processing can obtain significant enhancement in mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,and other functional properties through precise contral of precipitates,and thus become one of research focuses of high-performance copper alloys development.This paper summarizes the recent progress in precipitation-dominated copper alloys with a focus on the design and manufacturing of the alloys.Meanwhile,the present problems were discussed in the view of microstructure-property relationship,and the prospective research topics of the alloys was propose.
