中华优秀传统文化教育政策变迁的百年历程与展望 被引量:9

The Hundred Years and Prospects of the Changes in the Educational Policy of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture

摘要 传统文化教育政策事关传统文化的继承和发展,是教育领域中的重要命题。自20世纪20年代至今,我国的传统文化教育政策历经了探索、迷茫、误批、反思、继承和重视等阶段。从文化的表层结构来看,经济体制决定了政府对待传统文化教育政策的态度;从文化的深层结构来看,将优秀传统文化进行改造,并与工业文明相嫁接是时代的选择。从结构变迁的角度来看,继承与发展是传统文化教育政策的永恒主题。面对未来,政府应制定并优化有关政策法律体系,如优秀传统文化教育入法入规、政策力助优秀传统文化教育校本化、构建优秀传统文化研究与政策互动的网络。 Educational policies towards traditional culture are related to the inheritance and development of traditional culture and are important propositions in the field of education.Since the 1920 s,educational policies towards traditional culture in China have gone through stages of exploration,confusion,misrepresentation,reflection,inheritance,and attention.From the perspective of the superficial structure of culture,the economic system determines the government’s attitude towards traditional culture and specific education policies;from the perspective of the deep structure of culture,it is the choice of the times to transform excellent traditional culture and graft it with industrial civilization.From the perspective of structural change,inheritance and development are the eternal themes of education policies towards traditional culture.Facing the future,excellent traditional cultural education should be included in laws and regulations,make excellent traditional culture education conform to the actual situation of each school and enter the school-based curriculum through curriculum policy,and build a interactive network between excellent traditional cultural research and policy-making.
