基于PLC的模具雕铣与深度在线测量技术研究

摘要 针对模具成型制品对模具深度的高精度要求,开展模具深度在线加工测量一体化的技术研究。设计一套满足在线加工要求的测量装置,采用激光位移传感器对进给路线上的加工对象进行深度测量,测量数据通过无线传输至上位机主控单元利用自编应用程序进行实时处理,得到的结果作为刀具加工深度的反馈信号,传输至以西门子S7-200 Smart PLC为主体下位机控制单元,形成深度尺寸加工闭环有助于提高模具的加工精度和加工效率,从而提高模具成型制品的加工质量。 Aiming at the high-precision requirements of mold manufacturing products for mold depth, this paper will carry out technical research on the integration of mold depth online processing and measurement. Design a set of measuring devices that can be processed online, measure the depth of the forming dimension elements on the processing route through high-precision triangulation sensors, and transmit the measurement data to the main control unit wirelessly. The control part is based on Siemens S7-200 Smart PLC, using the selfcompiled application program for real-time processing, and the obtained result is used as the feedback signal of the machining depth of the tool to form a closed loop of deep dimension machining, which helps to improve the machining accuracy of the mold on the one hand,and also improves the machining efficiency on the other hand. Thereby improving the processing quality of mold-made products.
