积极德育:学校德育现实困境之超越

摘要 当前学校德育存在付出与回报不匹配的困境,其原因是只重行为表象而不重品德根本的不当德育思维。突破困境的关键是变革学校德育思维,实施积极德育。让个体在积极环境的陶冶下,在积极关系的协助下,与环境、他人和谐共生,形成拥有积极品德的积极自我,进而表现积极的外在行为。这需要将学校与班级构建为具有向心力与生命力的共同体,师生在开放、民主、包容的共同体中有价值共识,有发声渠道,在共同解决公共问题的过程中收获积极体验、形成与维持积极关系,练就积极品德,塑造积极自我。 At present,school moral education has the dilemma of“a lot of materials,but the effect is not good”,and the pay and return do not match.The reason lies in improper moral education thinking that only focuses on the appearance of behavior but not on the root of morality.The key to breaking through the dilemma lies in changing the thinking of school moral education and implementing positive moral education.Under the influence of positive environment and the assistance of positive relationship,individuals can coexist harmoniously with the environment and others,form a positive self with positive morality,and then express positive external behavior.This needs to build schools and classes into a community with centripetal force and vitality.Moreover teachers and students have value consensus and voice channels in an open,democratic and inclusive community.In the process of jointly solving public problems,they can gain positive experiences,form and maintain positive relationships,practice positive morality,and shape a positive self.
