某变射速航炮缓冲装置动力学特性优化研究

摘要 以某航炮缓冲装置为研究对象,分析其对变射速航炮后坐力抑制的效果。建立缓冲装置动力学系统仿真模型,在最大后坐位移为定值时,分析弹簧预压力和刚度系数对航炮后坐力影响规律。以航炮后坐过程中的最大后坐力最小为优化目标,以弹簧预压力和刚度系数为设计变量,以航炮的总位移和缓冲装置结构参数设计为约束条件,建立后坐力优化模型,通过采用带精英策略的非支配排序的遗传算法对模型进行优化分析。研究结果表明,在最大后坐位移一定条件下,通过采用大预压和小刚度弹簧,航炮在低射速和高射速时的最大后坐力,优化后较优化前分别降低了13.4%和12.3%,优化后缓冲装置动力学特性得到明显改善,并且通过合理匹配航炮射速与缓冲装置设计参数,避免了变射速射击时缓冲装置后坐力叠加现象,使其能够适应变射速射击。 Taking the buffer of an aircraft gun with variable firing rates as the research object, the influence of which on recoil reduction was studied. A dynamics simulation model was established for the buffer and the influence of the its preload and stiffness on the recoil force of the aircraft gun was studied with the maximum value of the recoil displacement set constant. A recoil optimization model was built with the minimization of the maximum recoil as the optimization objective, the stiffness and preload of the buffer as design variables, and the total displacement of the aircraft gun and the structural parameters of the buffer as constraints. The model was optimized by using the elitist non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm. The results showed that a high spring preload and low spring stiffness helped reduce the maximum recoil by 13.4% and 12.3% at low and high firing rates when the maximum recoil displacement was constant. The dynamic properties of the buffer after optimization was significantly improved compared with the results before optimization. By matching reasonably the firing rate and the design parameters of the buffer, the problem of recoil superposition was avoided when the gun fired at different rates. The gun was thus better adapted to variable firing rates.
