摘要
详细研究了建筑隔震结构中天然橡胶隔震支座的温度特性 .研究内容分 4个方面 :①恒定温度条件下的温度相关性试验 ,温度范围由 - 2 0℃至 40℃ ;②恒温 10 0℃状态下老化 185h和 2 40h的长期性能试验 ,确定支座使用 6 0年后的力学性能 ;③与老化条件相同 ,但同时施加恒定压力 ,测定支座使用 6 0年后竖向压缩变形量的徐变特性试验 ;④进行了高温燃烧并经冷却后的基本性能及界限性能试验 .根据试验结果 ,提出了支座水平刚度的温度修正方程和设计人员结构反应分析中刚度的取值范围 .
The temperature properties of natural rubber bearings used in isolated buildings are provided in the paper. Firstly, the temperature dependence within temperature from -20℃ to 40℃ is tested for grasping the characteristics of the yield stiffness and damping of the isolator. Then a fireproof test is performed as a similar engineering condition according to the standards published in China recently. Finally, two aging and creep tests are completed under the condition of the specification and the rubber material test results in order to compare with the original mechanical properties when rubber bearings have been used for 60 years. The temperature formula of horizontal stiffness is provided in the paper based on the test results.
