摘要 传统装饰装修施工技术管理已难以匹配现代装修个性需求以及现代装企对日益严苛的成本管控,传统粗放式管理已经随着产业升级倒逼,迈入了精细化管理的大门。通过将智能建造技术赋能装饰装修工程的各环节,可以为项目建设全周期带来新的变革。本文通过北京金隅八达岭皇冠假日酒店升级改造项目全过程智能建造装饰施工应用,分析了智造技术、BIM技术在实际装饰装修建设过程中的应用优势,阐述了该项目施工过程中通过应用深化设计、参数化建模、碰撞检查、智慧测量、工程量提取、可视化指导施工等技术应用方式,总结了该项目在数字项目管理平台集合智慧工地管理,统筹协调,提高项目管理效率,助力项目获得良好的综合效益。本项目的装饰装修BIM应用工作可为类似大型公装项目的施工管理提供有效的参考实现方式。 The traditional decoration construction technology management has been difficult to match the personalized needs of modern decoration and the increasingly stringent cost control of modern decoration enterprises.The traditional management has been forced to enter the door of management with the industrial upgrading.By empowering all links of decoration engineering with intelligent construction technology,new changes can be brought to the whole cycle of project construction.Through the application of intelligent construction and decoration in the whole process of the upgrading and reconstruction project of Crowne Plaza Beijing Badaling,this paper analyzes the application advantages of intelligent manufacturing technology and BIM technology in the actual decoration construction process,and expounds the application methods of deepening design,parametric modeling,collision inspection,intelligent measurement,engineering quantity extraction,visual guidance construction and other technologies in the process of the project.It is summarized that the project integrates smart site management on the digital project management platform,makes overall coordination,improves the efficiency of project management,and helps the project get more benefits.The BIM application of decoration in this project can provide an effective reference implementation method for the construction management of similar large-scale public decoration projects.
