摘要
本试验采用室内培养皿发芽法,以花楸胚胎为材料,外源添加乙烯、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠等试剂对胚胎进行处理,观察并记录其萌发情况。结果表明,外源乙烯处理花楸胚胎后萌发率提高39%,碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠的盐碱环境使花楸胚胎的萌发率分别降低69%和85%,乙烯可以在一定程度上缓解盐碱胁迫对花楸胚胎萌发的抑制,使胚胎的萌发率均提高15%左右。
This study used the method of indoor culture dishes germination,taking S.Pohuashanensis embryo as a test material through exogenous addition of ethylene,sodium carbonate,sodium bicarbonate,etc.,to treat embryo,to observe and record its germination.It was found that the germination percentage of the external ethylene treatment of the S.Pohuashanensis embryos increased by 39%.The salt-alkali condition of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate reduced the germination percentage of sorbus embryos to 69%and 85%,and ethylene could relieve salt and alkali inhibition of sprouts of rowan embryos to a certain degree,the germination percentage of the embryo increased by about 15%,respectively.
