摘要
东方山羊豆种皮透性差,硬实率较高,常规播种难以萌发,试验以东方山羊豆种子为材料,探讨物理方法与化学方法对其硬实及萌发特性的影响。结果表明,热水处理、磨破种皮、浓硫酸处理均可破除硬实。热水处理下效果最好的为始温85℃时,种子的发芽率、发芽势及硬实率分别为31.67%、27.67%和69%。磨破种皮处理效果最好,发芽率、发芽势均达90%以上。浓硫酸处理30 min时发芽率升高至59.33%,发芽势56.67%。高锰酸钾处理1~6 h对破除种子硬实效果不显著。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of physical and chemical methods on the sturdy and germination characteristics of Galega orientalis,which had poor seed coat permeability and were difficult to germinate by conventional sowing.The results showed that hot water treatment,grinding through the seed coat and concentrated sulfuric acid treatment could break its hardness.The best effect under hot water treatment was at the starting temperature of 85℃,and the germination rate,germination potential and hardness of seeds were 31.67%,27.67%and 69%,respectively.The best effect was achieved by grinding the seed coat,with germination rate and germination potential reaching more than 90%.Concentrated sulfuric acid treatment for 30 min had the most significant effect,with germination rate of 59.33%and germination potential of 56.67%.The effect of potassium permanganate treatment for 1 hour to 6 hours was not significant in breaking the hard seeds.
