摘要
针对企业实际生产中遇到的热锻模具磨损严重的问题,采用阴极电弧离子镀设备在热锻模具上制备了CrAlN、TiAlZrN、CrTiAlSiN和ZrTiAlCrSiN这4种梯度涂层。经过测试,ZrTiAlCrSiN梯度涂层在硬度、摩擦因数、结合力方面均表现一般,但搭载ZrTiAlCrSiN梯度涂层的热锻模具可将使用寿命提高2倍以上,有着突出的性能表现。利用自制静态扩散装置,借助扫描电子显微镜、显微维氏硬度仪、划痕仪及摩擦磨损试验机,分析了经过高温处理及Fe元素扩散后的涂层硬度、摩擦因数和结合力的变化情况。研究结果表明:Fe元素扩散会降低涂层的硬度、增加涂层的摩擦因数、弱化涂层的使用性能。最终试验结果与理论分析吻合较好,研究结果为热锻模具涂层的设计和评价方法提供了参考。
For the problem of serious wear for hot forging die encountered in the actual production of enterprises,four gradient coatings of CrAlN,TiAlZrN,CrTiAlSiN and ZrTiAlCrSiN were prepared on the hot forging dies by cathodic arc ion plating equipment.After testing,the ZrTiAlCrSiN gradient coating showed average performance in terms of hardness,friction factor and bonding force,but the hot forging die with the ZrTiAlCrSiN gradient coating improved the service life by more than two times and had outstanding performance.Furthermore,the changes of hardness,friction factor and bonding force for coating after high temperature treatment and Fe element diffusion were analyzed with the help of scanning electron microscope,micro Vickers hardness tester,scratch tester and friction wear tester by a homemade static diffusion device.The results show that the diffusion of Fe elements decreases the hardness of coating,increases the friction factor of coating and weakens the performance of coating.The final experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis,and the research results provide a reference for the design and evaluation methods of hot forging die coatings.
