摘要 目的探讨多学科协作健康教育模式在门诊哮喘治疗的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年9月在福建省立医院门诊接受治疗的113例哮喘患者作为研究对象,依据随机纸片法分为对照组(n=56)与观察组(n=57)。比较两组患者的心理状态评分、生存质量评分、总有效率、吸入剂使用方法掌握率、满意度。结果干预前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于本组干预前,生存质量评分高于本组干预前,且干预后观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率、吸入剂使用方法总掌握率、满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作健康教育模式在门诊哮喘患者应用,可以改善不良情绪和生存质量,提高总有效率、吸入剂使用方法掌握率、满意度。 Objective To explore application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative health education in the treatment of outpatient asthma.Methods A total of 113 patients with asthma accepting treatment in Outpatient Department of Fujian Provincial Hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as research objects,they were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=57)according to random paper method.The mental state score,quality of life score,total efficiency,mastery rate of inhalant use method,satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life scores between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SAS,SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,quality of life scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the SAS,SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficiency,total mastery rate of inhalant use method,satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary collaborative health education in outpatient asthma could improve bad mood and quality of life,increase total efficiency,mastery rate of inhalant use method and satisfaction.
