摘要
目的探讨激素替代疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选取80例围绝经期综合征患者,根据随机抽签法将其分为对照组(采用激素替代疗法治疗)与研究组(采用激素替代疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗),每组40例。对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平、骨密度情况、子宫内膜厚度及绝经指数情况。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(95.00%VS 77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组LH、FSHZK平显著低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨密度、子宫内膜厚度及绝经指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组骨密度、子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组,绝经指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激素替代疗法联合六味地黄丸治疗围绝经期综合征的效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy combined with Liuwei dihuang Pill in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into control group(treated with hormone replacement therapy)and study group(treated with hormone replacement therapy combined with Liuwei dihuang pill)according to random lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,bone mineral density endometrial thickness and menopausal index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(95.00%VS 77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(PV0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the LH and FSH levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the E_(2) level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in bone mineral density,endometrial thickness and menopausal index between the two groups(P>0.05),After treatment,the bone mineral density and endometrial thickness of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the menopausal index was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difierences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of hormone replacement therapy combined with Liuwei dihuang pill in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
