摘要
目的探讨针灸配合瑶药穴位贴敷应用于更年期失眠妇女的临床效果。方法选取44例更年期失眠妇女,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组22例。对照组采用针灸进行治疗,研究组采取针灸配合瑶药穴位贴敷进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后睡眠状况。结果研究组治疗总有效率90.91%高于对照组63.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组入睡时间、睡眠时间及觉醒次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者入睡时间快于对照组,觉醒次数少于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合瑶药穴位贴敷应用于妇女更年期失眠效果理想,能促使患者入睡,延长睡眠时间,明显改善睡眠质量,临床价值较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yao medicine acupoint application in women with menopause insomnia.Methods 44 menopausal women with insomnia were randomly divided into control group and study group,22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yao medicine acupoint application.The clinical efficacy and sleep status before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.91% higher than that of the control group 63.64%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difierences in sleep time,sleep time and wake times between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep time of patients in the study group was faster than that in the control group,the number of awakenings was less than that in the control group,and the sleep time was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yao medicine acupoint application in women with menopause msomnia has an ideal effect,which can promote patients to fall asleep,prolong sleep time,significantly improve sleep quality,and has high clinical value.
