摘要
城市人居环境作为社会发展的重要空间因素,对于国家现代化建设以及城市人口的身心健康具有双重意义。面对当前我国在城市化进程中人居环境存在的空间同质化、缺乏地方性和集体归属感等问题,文章从列斐伏尔的空间生产理论出发,探讨未来城市人居环境的系统性内在机制。运用模数化、系统化的设计原理,将城市共有空间与公共空间进行联结,构建可生长的全生命周期公共空间系统,形成更加人性化、便捷的未来人居环境公共空间网络。最后以天津市杨柳青地区历史街区未来媒体城概念性方案设计为例,探索如何在保护和延续历史文脉的同时,应对城市扩张所带来的公共空间不足以及城市资源分配不均所引发的社会活动与社会文化之间的矛盾。
As an significant spatial element of social development,urban human settlement environment has double meanings,in both modernization of our country and the physical and mental health of the urban population.Faced with the problems of spatial homogeneity,lack of locality and collective sense of belonging in the process of urbanization in China,this paper starts from the theory of spatial production,proposed by Henri Lefebvre,probe into the systematic inner mechanism of future urban human settlement environment.Based on the design principle of modularization and systematization,the urban common space is connected with the public space to construct a growing public space system with full life cycle,form a more humane and convenient public space network of the future human settlements environment.Finally,taking the conceptual design of future media city in Yangliuqing District of Tianjin as an example,this paper explores how to protect and continue the historical context,we should deal with the contradiction between social activities and social culture caused by the shortage of public space and the uneven distribution of urban resources.
