摘要
建筑能源消耗已占我国社会总能耗的30%以上,建筑的节能减排是实现“双碳目标”的重要途径。就城市建筑而言,周边环境对于建筑本体能耗的影响问题越发受到关注。为了量化分析建筑周边环境对建筑能耗的影响,建立了不同影响范围的建筑群能耗模型。采用DesignBuilder软件分别对单独目标建筑、目标建筑+50 m范围内周边建筑、目标建筑+200 m范围内周边建筑等三种建筑模型进行了全年动态能耗模拟,并比较了不同场景下目标建筑的能耗差异。结果表明,周围建筑群的建立使得目标建筑的采暖能耗增加,制冷能耗降低,总能耗降低,但变化幅度较小。建议在建筑能耗模拟中考虑周围建筑的影响,可以在一定程度上增加能耗模拟的准确性。
Energy consumption in buildings accounts for more than 30% of the total energy consumption in China. Building energy-saving is an important way to achieve the “double carbon goal”. In the case of urban buildings, the influence of the surrounding environment on the energy consumption of the building has become a growing concern. In order to quantitatively analyze the influence of building surroundings on building energy consumption, this study establishes energy consumption models for building clusters with different influence ranges. We performed three energy simulations:(1) only the target building,(2) the target building and the surrounding buildings within 50 m,(3) the target building and the surrounding buildings within 200 m. The results show that the establishment of surrounding buildings increases the heating energy consumption of the target building, reduces the refrigeration energy consumption and reduces the total energy consumption, but the change range is small. It is suggested to consider the influence of surrounding buildings in building energy consumption simulation, which can increase the accuracy of energy consumption simulation.
