摘要 测算并分析北京市2005-2020年能源碳排放,运用LMDI法将北京市与能源有关的碳排放量分解为以下7个影响因子:能源价格、能耗强度、能源结构、产业结构、经济发展规模、人均收入和常住人口规模,并进行了定量分析。结果表明,2008-2020年北京市第三产业碳排放占比最大,电力消费产生的碳排放在逐渐增加。促使碳排放量减少的因素:能耗强度、能源结构、能源价格和产业结构,能耗强度的降低是促使碳排放量减少的最主要因素,对碳排放量减少的贡献率为1078.7%。导致碳排放量增加的因素为经济发展规模、人均收入和常住人口规模,经济发展是导致碳排放量增加的最主要因素,对碳排放量增加的贡献率为1197.6%。研究结果可为北京市制定碳减排政策提供理论参考。 Based on the calculation and analysis of energy carbon emissions in Beijing from 2005 to 2020, the energy related carbon emissions in Beijing are divided into the following seven influencing factors by using LMDI method: energy price, energy consumption intensity, energy structure, industrial structure, economic development scale, per capita income and permanent population scale, analyzing quantitatively. The results show that from 2008 to 2020, Beijing carbon emissions of the tertiary industry accounted for the largest, and the carbon emissions of electricity consumption is gradually increasing. The factors contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions are as following: energy consumption intensity, energy structure, energy price and industrial structure. The reduction of energy consumption intensity is the most important factor contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions, with a contribution rate of 1078.7%. The factors leading to the increase of carbon emissions areas following: the scale of economic development, per capita income and the scale of permanent population. Economic development is the most important factor leading to the increase of carbon emissions, with a contribution rate of 1197.6%. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for Beijing to formulate carbon emission reduction policies.
