摘要
本文以稀土钢为研究对象,选用3℃/s冷却速率进行热处理,研究了Cu元素以及热处理工艺对稀土钢的作用。研究发现,添加Cu元素以及热处理能够使稀土钢片层间距细化至87nm,且稀土元素促进了Cu在钢中的弥散分布;热处理能够提升稀土钢的力学性能,且Cu元素的添加能够使抗拉强度和硬度分别达到1378MPa和380HB,屈服强度也达到963MPa,伸长率和断面收缩率分别达到11.82%和23.95%;此外,添加Cu元素以及热处理后的稀土钢为韧性断裂。
This paper takes rare earth steel as the research object and selects the heat treatment experiment with a cooling rate of 3℃/s to study the effect of Cu element and heat treatment process on rare earth steel.The study found that the addition of Cu element and heat treatment can make the layer spacing of rare earth steel thinner to 87nm,and the rare earth element promotes the dispersion of Cu in the steel;heat treatment can improve the mechanical properties of rare earth steel,and the addition of Cu element can make the resistance The tensile strength and hardness can reach 1378 MPa and 380 HB,respectively,the yield strength also reaches 963 MPa,the elongation and the reduction of area reach 11.82%and 23.95%respectively;in addition,the rare earth steel with the addition of Cu and heat treatment is ductile fracture.
