基于正交实验法表面活性剂驱注入参数优化分析

Analysis of surfactant injection parameters optimization based on orthogonal experimental method

摘要 针对低渗透油田注水开发过程中普遍存在注水压力高、注水困难等问题,室内实验研究主要集中在表面活性剂的性能评价和单一注入参数优化,没有考虑表面活性剂驱不同注入参数对降压效果和驱油效果的综合影响。利用新木油田木118区块特低渗透油藏天然岩心和适用该区块甜菜碱2#(质量分数为0.05%)为主的复合表面活性剂体系,选择渗透率、注入时机、注入段塞、注入速度4个因素设计4因素3水平正交实验,采用SPSS18.0对正交实验数据进行极差分析和方差分析,优化了适用研究区块复合表面活性剂驱注入参数,确定了影响降压率和采收率的主次因素,结果表明,影响降压效果的显著因素是渗透率,渗透率越大,复合表面活性剂体系降压率越大;影响采收率的显著因素是注入段塞和注入速度,注入段塞越大,复合表面活性剂体系采收率越高。 Low permeability oilfield waterflooding process generally has high injection pressure and injection problems,laboratory experiments focused on performance evaluation and single parameters optimization,not considering the surfactant flooding different injection parameters effect on depressurization and oil-displacing.using natural cores of Xinmu oilfield 118 block ultra-low permeability reservoir and based on 0.05%mass fraction of the betaine 2#surfactant solution as the main surfactant compound system,permeability,injection time,injection slug,injection rate four factors are selected tOdesign four factors three levels orthogonal experiments.Orthogonal test results are analyzed by spss18.0 tOoptimize the compound surfactants flooding injection parameters and determine the primary and secondary factors.Results show that the significant factor affecting antihypertensive effect is permeability,the greater the permeability,the compound surfactants flooding step-down ratiOincreases;the significant factors affecting recovery are injection slug and injection rate,the injection slug is larger,the higher compound surfactants flooding recovery efficiency.
