口腔修复中预成纤维桩与铸造纯钛金属桩对患者牙周环境及修复成功率的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Prefabricated Fiber Post and Cast Pure Titanium Metal Post on Periodontal Environment and Restoration Success Rate of Patients in Oral Prosthodontics

摘要 目的:分析口腔修复中预成纤维桩与铸造纯钛金属桩对患者牙周环境及修复成功率的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2022年3月在医院进行口腔修复的96例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照不同治疗方式分为研究组与对照组,各48例。研究组采用预成纤维桩口腔修复治疗,对照组采用铸造纯钛金属桩口腔修复治疗。观察记录两组患者修复成功率、修复时间、并发症、满意度、修复效果、咀嚼能力、外观、舒适度以及修复前后的牙周指标。结果:研究组修复成功率(93.75%)明显优于对照组(79.17%),修复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组修复后修复效果、咀嚼能力、外观、舒适度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后,两组出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)比较均明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(4.17%)与对照组(14.58%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组修复满意度(97.92%)明显优于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。结论:口腔修复中预成纤维桩的最终修复效果明显优于铸造纯钛金属桩。相对铸造纯钛金属桩,预成纤维桩不仅修复成功率更高,修复时间更短,修复后的牙周指标评分结果更好,同时更加符合患者审美需求,并且修复后的满意度更高。 Objective:To explore the effect of prefabricated fiber post and cast pure titanium metal post on periodontal environment and restoration success rate of patients in oral prosthodontics.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients who underwent dental prosthesis in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a study group and a control group by different treatment,with 48 cases in each group.The study group was treated with prefabricated fiber posts for prosthodontics,and the control group was treated with cast pure titanium metal posts.The restoration success rate,restoration time,complications,satisfaction,restoration effect,chewing ability,appearance,comfort,and periodontal indexes before and after restoration were observed and recorded in two groups.Results:The repair success rate of patients in the study group(93.75%)was significantly better compared with control group(79.17%),and the repair time was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The repair effect,chewing ability,appearance and comfort of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After repair,the BI,PLI,and PD of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the BI,PLI,and PD of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the study group(4.17%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(14.58%)(P>0.05).The repair satisfaction of the patients in the study group(97.92%)was significantly better than the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The final repair effect of prefabricated fiber posts in dental prosthesis is obviously better than that of cast pure titanium metal posts.Compared with cast pure titanium metal posts,prefabricated fiber posts not only have a higher restoration success rate,shorter restoration time,better periodontal index scoring results after restoration,but also better meet the aesthetic needs of patients and higher satisfaction after restoration.
