摘要
设计了一种地面试验装置和测试方法,模拟测试井液中复合射孔枪射孔后射孔孔眼外部不同位置的压力(P)随时间(t)变化曲线(P-t曲线)。将单发内置式复合射孔器单元放在模拟试验装置中,环空注满清水,在射孔孔眼同一方位不同位置安装压力传感器测试压力曲线。结果表明,由于压力波和井液的相互作用,在距离射孔孔眼同一方位不同位置的压力分布有差异,聚能射孔弹爆炸高频爆轰波在井液中衰减明显,随距射孔孔眼的距离增大而减小;火药燃烧低频压力波在井液中与井液的相互作用更复杂,对射孔孔眼外部压力分布影响不确定性更大。本文的研究结果可为复合射孔理论模型研究提供参考。
A ground test device and test method were designed to simulate the pressure curve(P-t curve)of different locations outside the perforation hole after the perforation of combined perforating gun in well fluid.The single-shot inter position combined perforator unit is placed in the simulation test device,the annulus is filled with clean water,and the pressure sensor is installed at different positions in the same direction of the perforation hole to test the pressure curve.The test results show that,due to the interaction between pressure wave and well fluid,the pressure distribution at different locations in the same azimuth from perforation hole is different.The high-frequency detonation wave attenuated obviously in well fluid,and decreased with the distance from perforation hole increasing.The interaction between low-frequency pressure wave of propellant combustion and well fluid were more complex in well fluid,uncertainty is greater for the pressure distribution outside perforation hole.The results of this paper can provide a reference for the theoretical model of combined perforation.
