摘要
红外吸收光谱是宝石分子结构的具体反映,合成、处理宝玉石的结构和天然宝玉石会有所不同,因此可以通过红外吸收光谱检测出来。本文通过查阅文献,使用具有快速、无损、有效等优点的傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对多种宝玉石进行检测,并结合常规宝石学分析,综合论述了红外光谱在宝石学中的应用。以白玉及其相似玉石为例,探究了红外光谱在鉴定宝石种属方面的应用;以红宝石、祖母绿及其合成品为例,探究了红外光谱在鉴别天然与合成宝石方面的应用;以蓝宝石、翡翠及其处理品为例,探究了红外光谱在鉴别天然与处理宝玉石方面的应用;以钻石和HTHP合成钻石为例,探究了红外光谱在确定钻石内部杂质原子的存在形式及分类方面的应用。
Infrared absorption spectrum is a specific reflection of the molecular structure of gemstones.The structure of synthetic and treated gemstones is different from that of natural gemstones,which can be detected by infrared absorption.In this paper,by referring to the literature,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer,which has the advantages of fast,non-destructive and effective,was used to detect a variety of gems and jades.Combined with conventional gemological analysis,the application of infrared spectroscopy in gemology was comprehensively discussed.Taking nephrite and its similar jades as examples,the application of infrared spectroscopy in identifying gemstone species was explored;taking ruby,emerald and their composites as examples,the application of infrared spectroscopy in identifying natural and synthetic gemstones was explored;taking sapphire,jadeite and its treated products as examples,the application of infrared spectroscopy in identifying natural and treated gems and jades was explored;taking diamond and HTHP synthetic diamonds as examples,the application of infrared spectroscopy in determining the existence form of impurity atoms in diamonds and the classification of diamond was explored.
