不同种源黄连木叶片表型性状及光合特性比较 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】从叶片表型性状和光合特性两个方面对13种源黄连木进行综合评估,为河北地区开展优良观赏种质筛选和苗木繁育提供依据。【方法】以13个种源黄连木为试验材料,分别测量黄连木叶片的小叶数、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶周长、叶形指数、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率,并分析不同表型性状和光合特性与种源地环境因子之间的相关性。采用聚类分析和主成分分析对不同种源黄连木幼苗的生长状况进行综合评估。【结果】不同种源黄连木幼苗叶片的形态指标和光合指标均存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。相关性分析表明,随着经度和年降水量升高,黄连木叶片的长、宽、面积和周长均随之减小;随着海拔高度上升,小叶数、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶周长和净光合速率均随之增大。此外,海拔较高且气候温暖的这类地区更适合黄连木幼苗进行光合作用,生长发育更好。聚类分析显示,13个种源黄连木可以分为四大类,其中红鹤和潍坊种源属于生长较好的第Ⅱ大类,小叶数更多,叶面积和周长更大,更适合进行光合作用,生长状况更好。采用主成分分析对13个种源黄连木进行综合评估,红鹤种源、南果种源和潍坊种源的幼苗叶片小叶数更多,面积和周长更大,光合作用更强,幼苗的生长状况更好;反之,沭阳、红旗和白芟种源则较差。【结论】不同种源黄连木幼苗表型性状和光合特性随着地理环境的改变,产生了丰富的变异,说明黄连木在幼苗时期的选择潜力就非常大。通过对不同种源黄连木幼苗表型性状和光合特性进行综合评估,初步筛选出叶片表型性状和光合生理表现良好的红鹤、潍坊和南果3个黄连木种源,为今后河北地区开展优良观赏种质筛选和苗木繁育提供了依据。 【Objective】The comprehensive evaluation of 13 species of Pistacia chinensis from two aspects of leaf phenotypic traits and photosynthetic characteristics provided a basis for the screening of excellent ornamental germplasm and seedling breeding in Hebei.【Method】Taking P. chinensis from 13 provenances as experimental materials, the number of leaflets, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf perimeter, leaf shape index, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular COconcentration, transpiration rate and water use efficiency of P. chinensis were measured, and the correlation between different phenotypic and photosynthetic characteristics and environmental factors of provenance was analyzed. The growth status of P. chinensis seedlings from different provenances was evaluated by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.【Result】The morphological and photosynthetic indexes of P. chinensis seedlings from different provenances were significantly different(P<0.01). The correlation analysis showed that the length, width, area and perimeter of P. chinensis leaves decreased with the increase of longitude and annual precipitation;With the increase of altitude, the number of leaflets, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, leaf perimeter and net photosynthetic rate increased. In addition, the areas with higher altitude and warm climate are more suitable for the photosynthesis of P. chinensis seedlings, and their growth and development were better. Cluster analysis showed that the 13 provenances of P. chinensis can be divided into four categories, of which Honghe and Weifang provenances belong to the second category with better growth. They had more leaflets, larger leaf area and perimeter, more suitable for photosynthesis and better growth. The comprehensive evaluation of P. chinensis from 13 provenances was carried out by principal component analysis. The results showed that the Honghe provenance, Nanguo provenance and Weifang provenance had more leaflets, larger area and perimeter, stronger photosynthesis and better seedling growth;On the contrary, the provenances of Shuyang, Hongqi and Baishan were poor.【Conclusion】The phenotypic and photosynthetic characteristics of P. chinensis seedlings from different provenances have produced rich variations with the change of geographical environment, indicating that P. chinensis had great selection potential at the seedling stage. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the phenotypic and photosynthetic characteristics of P. chinensis seedlings from different provenances, three P. chinensis provenances with good leaf phenotypic and photosynthetic physiological performance were preliminarily selected, namely Honghe, Weifang and Nanguo, which provided a basis for the selection of excellent ornamental germplasm and seedling breeding in Hebei in the future.
