摘要
旭龙水电站下游分布有鱼类产卵场、滇中引水工程水源、长江第一湾奇观等重要的生态环境敏感目标,电站下泄生态流量需要统筹鱼类产卵繁殖、工程水源保障、景观等因素综合确定。在深入分析鱼类产卵繁殖需要的水力生境参数满足程度的基础上,采用水量平衡法,协调上下游流量及过程关系,确定旭龙水电站3-4月下泄不低于317 m^(3)/s,5-7月不低于280 m^(3)/s,8-9月不低于453 m^(3)/s,其余时段不低于210m^(3)/s的生态流量泄放过程。
There are important ecological environment sensitive targets such as fish spawning grounds,water source of central Yunnan Diversion project and the first Bay of the Yangtze River,etc.In the downstream of Xulong Hydropower station,which should be considered to determine ecological flow.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of the satisfaction degree of hydraulic habitat parameters for fish spawning and reproduction,the ecological discharge process of Xulong Hydropower Station was determined by the water balance method to be no less than 317 m^(3)/s from March to April,no less than 280 m^(3)/s from May to July,no less than 453 m^(3)/s from August to September,and no less than 210 m^(3)/s in other periods.
