摘要
目的了解福建省急诊护士应对公共突发事件能力的现状及影响因素。方法抽取急诊护士262人,调查护士应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。结果福建省四家三甲医院急诊护士的应急能力得分为(4.21±0.63)分,急救能力得分最高,其次为综合能力、应急知识。结论突发公共卫生事件培训及演练、经历过灾害救援活动,是影响急诊护士应急能力的主要因素。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of emergency nurses’ability to respond to public emergencies.Methods 262 emergency nurses were selected to investigate the ability of nurses to respond to public health emergencies.Results The emergency response ability score of emergency nurses in four tertiary hospitals in Fujian Province was(4.21±0.63)points.First aid ability scored the highest,followed by comprehensive ability and emergency knowledge.Conclusions Training and drills of public health emergencies,and experience of disaster rescue activities are the main factors influencing the emergency response ability of emergency nurses.
