摘要
以成昆铁路扩能改造工程垭口隧道为例,采用数值模拟方法,对大断面隧道下穿施工对既有上跨桥梁的影响进行评估,对拟采用隧道施工开挖方法与拟采用支护措施的变形和受力进行了检算,提出了隧道洞内围岩稳定性控制措施和既有上跨桥梁墩台加固措施。隧道下穿段施工的顺利完成及下穿段施工过程上跨桥梁桥墩变形监控量测结果表明,隧道洞内围岩稳定性控制措施和既有上跨桥梁墩台加固措施的采用,保障了洞内施工的安全和上部桥梁结构的稳定安全,为同类工程施工变形控制提供借鉴和参考意义。
This paper takes Chengdu-Kunming railway expansion and reconstruction engineering Yakou Tunnel as an example,numerical modeling method is used to evaluate the influence of large section tunnel underpass construction on existing bridge.The deformation and stress of the supporting measures are checked and calculated,the stability control measures of surrounding rock in tunnel and reinforcement measures of existing bridge pier are put forward.The successful completion of tunnel underpass section construction and the monitoring and measurement results of bridge pier deformation during the underpass section construction show that,the stability control measures of surrounding rock and the reinforcement measures of the existing bridge pier guarantee the safety of the construction in the tunnel and the stability of the upper bridge structure.It provides reference for similar engineering construction deformation control.
