气相法二氧化硅处理程度对硅橡胶性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用八甲基环四硅氮烷预处理或3~9份羟基硅油原位处理气相法二氧化硅,并将改性后的气相法二氧化硅作为补强填料添加到甲基乙烯基硅橡胶中,探讨了填料处理程度对硅橡胶流变特性、力学性能、弹性回复特性和结晶行为的影响。结果表明:上述方法中,气相法二氧化硅处理程度由高到低依次为:八甲基环四硅氮烷>9份羟基硅油>6份羟基硅油>3份羟基硅油;随着填料处理程度的提高,填料聚集体在基体中的分散更均匀、物理缠结网络尺寸减小,硅橡胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、压缩永久变形和黏弹转变点应变降低,拉断伸长率增大,“佩恩效应”和结晶熔融温度未受显著影响,“马林斯效应”减弱。 The fumed silica was pretreated with octamethylcyclotetrasilazane or fumed silica in-situ treated with 3-9 phr of hydroxysilicone oil,which was added as reinforcing filler in methyl vinyl silicone rubber.The effect of filler treatment degree on the rheological properties,mechanical properties and elastic recovery properties of silicone rubber was discussed.The results show that in the above methods,the treatment of fumed silica from high to low is:octamethylcyclotetrasilazane>9 phr of hydroxy silicone oil>6 phr of hydroxy silicone oil>3 phr of hydroxy silicone oil.With the increasing treatment of filler,the size of the agglomeration in the matrix decreases,the dispersion is more uniform,the sizes of the physical entanglement network decreases,the tensile strength,tear strength,compression set and viscoelastic transition point strain of silicone rubber decrease.The elongation at break increases,the"Payne effect"and the crystalline melting temperature are not significantly affected,and the"Mallins effect"weakens.
