EGFR、TSP1在贲门癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究贲门癌(AGC)患者组织中表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP1)水平及临床意义。方法:收集本院2016年3月—2018年3月90例经手术治疗的AGC患者组织标本作为AGC组,同时选取每例患者距离肿瘤边缘5cm以上切缘正常的胃黏膜组织作为对照组,免疫组化法测定各组织中EGFR、TSP1表达情况;分析二者表达水平与AGC患者临床病理之间的关系;探究二者表达水平对AGC患者预后的影响。结果:AGC组织中EGFR阳性表达率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);TSP1阳性表达率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);EGFR、TSP1水平与AGC的分化程度、淋巴转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。EGFR高表达者中位生存时间明显短于EGFR低表达者(17.44个月VS 25.54个月,P<0.05),TSP1低表达者中位生存时间明显短于TSP1高表达者(16.83个月VS 25.40个月,P<0.05)。COX多因素分析表明,TNM分期(Ⅲ)、EGFR高表达、TSP1低表达是影响AGC患者不良预后的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论:AGC患者组织中EGFR高表达、TSP1低表达、与AGC的分化程度、淋巴转移、TNM分期密切相关,是影响AGC患者不良预后的危险因素。
