青少年口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的作用探究 被引量:3

摘要 探究青少年口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的作用。将陇南市第一人民医院收治的98例青少年口腔正畸患者随机分为参考组(49例)和微型组(49例)。其中参考组给予常规治疗,微型组给予微型种植体支抗治疗。比较2组患者疗效指标(上中切牙倾角、磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差),牙龈指标(牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数),咬合力、咀嚼率以及术后并发症发生情况。与参考组比较,微型组磨牙移位、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数等水平明显降低(P<0.05),上中切牙倾角、上中切牙凸距差、咬合力、咀嚼率明显升高(P<0.05);与参考组感染、浮肿、明显不适感等术后并发症发生率24.49%比较,微型组6.12%明显降低(P<0.05)。青少年口腔正畸使用微型种植体支抗治疗可有效提高患者疗效、咀嚼率及咬合力,改善牙龈情况,安全有效,推荐临床推广使用。
