Design of leak detection system for electromagnetic container valve of gas fire extinguishing equipment

摘要 构建气体灭火设备电磁式容器阀门泄漏检测系统,提高气体灭火设备的安全性,提出基于无线传感器网络控制的气体灭火设备电磁式容器阀门泄漏检测系统设计方法。采用无线传感器实现对气体灭火设备电磁式容器阀门泄漏的压力数据采集,结合对压力特性的观测和浓度数据特征分析结果,采用主机和从机联合控制方法,建立泄漏数据监测的AD信息采集模块,根据正常工作状态对比泄漏状态提取特征参数,判断气体灭火设备电磁式容器阀门泄漏状态特征量,在信息输出端,通过ARM主控系统对气体灭火设备电磁式容器阀门的压力数据进行处理判断以及显示,实现泄漏检测的人机交互设计。测试表明,采用该系统进行气体灭火设备电磁式容器阀门泄漏检测的数据监测结果准确可靠,稳定性较好。 A leakage detection system for electromagnetic container valves of gas fire-extinguishing equipment is con-structed to improve the safety of gas fire-extinguishing equipment.A design method of electromagnetic container valve leakage detection system for gas fire-extinguishing equipment based on wireless sensor network control is proposed.The wireless sen-sor is used to collect the pressure data of the leakage of the electromagnetic container valve of the gas fire extinguishing equip-ment.Combined with the observation of the pressure characteristics and the characteristic analysis results of the concentration data,the host and slave joint control method is used to establish the AD information acquisition module for leakage data moni-toring.According to the normal working state,the characteristic parameters are extracted from the leakage state,and the char-acteristic quantity of the leakage state of the electromagnetic container valve of the gas fire extinguishing equipment is judged,At the information output end,the ARM master control system processes,judges and displays the pressure data of the electro-magnetic container valve of the gas fire extinguishing equipment,and realizes the human-computer interaction design of leak-age detection.The test shows that the data monitoring results of electromagnetic container valve leakage detection of gas fire extinguishing equipment using this system are accurate,reliable and stable.
