摘要
考察了水性环氧乳液(WER)掺量对改性乳化沥青性能的影响,分析WER对乳化沥青的改性机理。采用WER改性乳化沥青制备MS-2型微表处混合料,并引入分散破乳剂来改善混合料的施工性能,通过正交试验得到WER和乳化沥青各组分的最佳掺量和最佳油石比。试验结果表明:随着WER掺量的增加,WER改性乳化沥青的低温性变差,抗老化性提高,6%掺量的WER与乳化沥青具有最佳的相容性和贮存稳定性;微表处混合料的最佳油石比为7.5%;当外加水量为3%、水泥掺量为1%、分散破乳剂掺量为0.25%时,所制备的微表处混合料具有良好的抗水损、抗车辙、抗拉性和粘结性,能满足路面正常使用需求。
This paper investigated the influence of water-borne epoxy resin emulsion(WER) dosage on the properties of modified emulsified asphalt and analyzed the modification mechanism of WER on emulsified asphalt. Water-borne epoxy modified emul-sified asphalt was used to prepare MS-2 micro-surfacing mixture,and dispersed demulsifier was introduced to improve the construction performance of the mixture. The best content of each component and the best asphalt-aggregate ratio were obtained through orthogonal test. The results show that 6% water-borne epoxy emulsion asphalt has the best compatibility and storage stability. With the increase of water-borne epoxy content,the low-temperature performance of water-borne epoxy emulsion asphalt becomes worse and the anti-aging performance increases. The optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio of MS-2 micro-surfacing is 7.5%.When the added water is 3%,the cement content is 1%,and the dispersed demulsifier content is 0.25%,the prepared micro-surfacing has good water damage resistance,rutting resistance,tensile strength and cohesiveness,which can meet the normal use requirements of pavement.
