摘要
航煤成彭管道天府机场支线项目因下游天府机场油库对油品质量的高要求,结合项目试运行准备情况、地质条件对管道水联运投油与空管投油进行了对比分析,创造性地提出采用氮气置换全线管线保护油头的空管投油试运行方式,结果表明该运行方式提高了接收油库投产油品质量、避免产生大量含油污水、降低含油污水及油品降质处理费用。本文对氮气置换方案、空管投油安全措施、油品质量控制进行了论述,并提出了成彭航煤管道天府支线空管投油的可行性技术控制措施。
Due to the high requirements for oil quality of the downstream Tianfu airport oil depot for the Jet Fuel ChengduPengzhou Pipeline Tianfu Airport Branch Project,combined with the project’s trial operation preparation and geological conditions,a comparative analysis is performed on the pipeline-water combined transportation and the hollow tube fuel delivery,which creatively proposes the trial operation mode of hollow tube fuel delivery by replacing the entire pipeline with nitrogen to protect the oil head.The results show that this operation mode improves the quality of oil products delivered in the receiving oil depot,avoids the generation of a large amount of oily sewage,and reduces the cost of oily sewage and oil degradation treatment.This paper discusses the nitrogen replacement scheme,safety measures for hollow tube fuel delivery,and oil quality control,and puts forward the feasible technical control measures for hollow tube fuel delivery of Jet Fuel Chengdu-Pengzhou Pipeline Tianfu Airport Branch.
