摘要
为了解海南省临高县武莲港人工鱼礁资源养护效果,于2022年7月6—8日采用刺网和笼壶对人工鱼礁海域(鱼礁区)及其相邻海域(对照区)开展渔业资源调查。研究结果如下:(1)鱼礁区的物种总数是对照区的1.20倍,其中鱼类物种总数是对照区的1.43倍;一些典型的恋礁型鱼类(如褐菖鲉Sebastiscus marmoratus等)仅在鱼礁区有捕获;(2)鱼礁区的丰富度指数和多样性指数均显著高于对照区,分别是对照区的1.36(基于刺网)、1.29(基于笼壶)倍和1.30(基于刺网)、1.22(基于笼壶)倍;(3)以单位捕捞努力量渔获量(CPUE)为量化指标,鱼礁区渔业资源密度是对照区的1.73(基于刺网)和1.35(基于笼壶)倍。研究结果表明:人工鱼礁能够有效诱集渔业生物、改善区域群落结构和增加物种多样性,对鱼类资源的诱集和养护效果显著。
In order to understand the conservation effect of artificial reef resources in Wulian Port, Lingao County, Hainan Province, gill nets and cage pot were used to investigate the fishery resources in artificial reef area(reef area) and adjacent sea area(control area) from July 6 to 8,2022.The results were as follows:(1) The total number of species in the reef area was 1.20 times as large as that of species in the control area, among which the total number of fish species was 1.43 times as large as that of fish species in the control area.Some typical reef-attached fish(e.g.,Sebastiscus marmoratus) were caught only in the reef area;(2) The species richness index and diversity index in the reef area, which were 1.36 times(based on gill net),1.29 times(based on cage and pot) and 1.30 times(based on gill net),1.22 times(based on cage and pot) as large as those in control area, respectively, were significantly higher than the species richness index and diversity index in the control area;(3) Using CPUE as the quantitative index, the density of fishery resources in the reef area was 1.73(based on gill net) and 1.35(based on cage and pot) times as high as the density of fishery resources in the control area.The results showed that the artificial reefs effectively attract fishery organisms, improve regional community structure and increase species diversity, and have significant effects on attracting and conserving fish resources.
