大功率采煤机牵引变频器底板散热技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决大功率采煤机在生产过程中出现的牵引变频器过热问题,分析了采煤机牵引变频器内部关键热源器件功耗,运用热仿真技术建立采煤机牵引变频器散热模型。利用仿真工具对比仿真分析3种不同底板散热方式的性能差异,确定了在散热板中合理埋置热管的散热效果最优。测试试验表明,变频器加载温升试验的测试数据与仿真试验数据间偏差在10%以内,采煤机牵引变频器底板散热仿真模型的正确性得到验证,为后续优化设计提供了技术基础。 In order to solve the overheating problem of the traction frequency converter in the production process of high-power shearer,the power consumption of the key heat source components in the traction frequency converter of shearer was analyzed,and the heat dissipation model of the traction frequency converter of shearer was established by using thermal simulation technology.Using simulation tools to compare and analyze the performance differences of three different base plate heat dissipation methods,and the heat dissipation effect of reasonably embedding heat pipes in the heat dissipation plate is determined to be the best.The test shows that the deviation between the test data of the frequency converter loading temperature rise test and the simulation test data is less than 10%.The correctness of the simulation model of the bottom plate heat dissipation of the shearer traction frequency converter has been verified,which provides a technical basis for the subsequent optimization design.
