摘要
富油煤低温热解产油是煤炭资源清洁高效利用的一种方式。为了研究陕北富油煤低温热解提油基础特性,利用固定床反应器进行富油煤低温热解,研究了张家峁、柠条塔和红柳林的富油煤,在不同粒径、不同热解终温、不同升温速率及不同工业分析等条件下对焦油产率的影响,利用气相色谱模拟蒸馏方法分析焦油品质。结果表明:粒径为0.8~2mm的张家峁富油煤,在热解终温为550℃,升温速率为26℃/min,压力为0.1MPa的条件下,焦油产率达到最大,为13.19%;焦油产率随富油煤的热解终温和升温速率的增大先增加后减小。
It is a way of clean and efficient utilization of coal resources to produce tar with tar-rich coal through lowtemperature pyrolysis.In order to study the basic characteristics of low temperature pyrolysis of tar-rich coal in northern Shaanxi for oil extraction,a fixed-bed reactor is used for the low-temperature pyrolysis.The tar yield variation of tar-rich coal under different particle size,final pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,and different coal quality is studied,with the tar-rich coal from Zhangjiamao Coal Mine,Ningtiaota Coal Mine and Hongliulin Coal Mine.And the quality of tar is analyzed by gas chromatography simulated distillation.The results show that the maximum tar yield is 13.19%,using the 0.8~2mm Zhangjiamao tar-rich coal,when the final pyrolysis temperature is 550℃,the pressure is 0.1MPa,and the heating rate is 26℃/min.The tar yield increases and then decreases with the increase of final pyrolysis temperature and heating rate.
