摘要
为了建立一种高效准确测定土壤中石油烃(C_(10)-C_(40))的方法,以ASE 350加压流体萃取作为前处理,通过Agilent 8860气相色谱仪进行测定。探究了4种不同极性色谱柱的分离效果和5种不同的萃取剂、5种不同的淋洗液和3种不同浓缩条件对样品回收率的影响,同时对不同浓度的土壤样品进行加标测定。实验结果表明DB-5色谱柱分离效果最好,萃取剂为丙酮-正己烷(1∶1),淋洗液为10mL二氯甲烷-正己烷(1∶1),浓缩条件为旋转蒸发仪与氮吹仪联用,回收率最高。对低中高三类土壤实际样品进行加标测定,回收率在90.9%~112%之间。此实验方法简单有效,自动化程度高,降低了萃取剂的使用,并适用于各类污染土壤的分析检测。
In order to establish an efficient and accurate method for the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons(C_(10)-C_(40))in soil,the ASE 350 pressurized fluid extraction was used as pre-treatment and the determination was carried out by Agilent 8860 gas chromatograph.The separation effects of four different polarity chromatographic columns and the effects of five different extraction agents,five different eluents and three different concentration conditions on the sample recovery were investigated.At the same time,the soil samples with different concentrations were determined by adding standard.The msults showed that the separation effect of db-5 column was the best,the recovery rate was the highest when the extraction agent was acetone-n-hexane(1:1),the eluent was lOmL dichloromethane-n-hexane(1:1),and the concentration condition was combined with rotary evaporator and nitrogen blower,.The actual soil samples of low,medium and high were measured by adding standard,The recovery rates were 90.9%~112%.This method is simple,effective and highly automated,which reduces the use of extractant and is suitable for the analysis and detection of all kinds of contaminated soil.
