摘要 目的:分析计算机体层成像(Computed Tomography,CT)和磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)诊断颅内鞍区肿瘤的应用效果。方法:选取本院诊治的76例颅内鞍区肿瘤患者开展本次试验研究,所有患者均经病理诊断确诊,76例患者分别给予CT诊断(对照组)和MRI诊断(观察组),分析两组诊断效果。结果:两组的垂体腺瘤、脑膜瘤、胶质瘤、颅咽管瘤和生殖细胞瘤检出率均基本一致(P>0.05);与对照组的诊断准确率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05),与对照组误诊漏诊率对比,观察组明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论:MRI诊断的准确率更高,能够为患者的后续治疗工作提供更精准的信息依据。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial sellar tumors.Methods:76 cases of patients with intracranial sellar tumor in our hospital were selected to carry out the experimental study.All patients were confirmed by pathological diagnosis.76 patients were given CT diagnosis(control group)and MRI diagnosis(observation group),analyze the diagnosis effect of two groups.Results:The detection rates of pituitary adenoma,meningioma,glioma,craniopharyngioma and reproductive cell oma were basically consistent in the two groups(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the misdiagnosis rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of MRI diagnosis is higher,which can provide more accurate information basis for the follow-up treatment of patients.
