压缩吸入机与超声雾化吸入机治疗小儿支气管哮喘的对比观察 被引量:1

Comparative Observation on the Treatment of Infant Bronchial Asthma with Compression Inhaler and Ultrasonic Nebulizer Inhaler

摘要 目的:分析小儿支气管哮喘疾病特点,对比分析压缩吸入机、超声雾化吸入机治疗的预后效果。方法:选择2019年7月~2020年6月本院收治的小儿支气管哮喘疾病患者92例为观察对象,进行随机法分组治疗。对照组(n=46)患儿采取超声雾化吸入机治疗,观察组(n=46)患儿采取压缩吸入机雾化吸入治疗。比较2组患儿治疗情况,包括治疗效果、生命体征与症状体征恢复时间。结果:组间临床疗效比较,观察组与对照组总有效率分别为97.82%、82.60%,P<0.05;组间症状体征恢复用时比较,观察组患儿的肺啰音、咳嗽咳痰、痰鸣音、气喘消失时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组[(4.20±1.20),(6.30±1.02)d;(3.50±1.02),(5.05±1.30)d;(3.02±1.20),(5.60±1.30)d;(3.05±0.50),(4.30±1.05)d;(7.20±2.20),(9.05±2.50)d;P<0.05];组间生命体征情况比较,观察组患儿的心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度均优于对照组[(127.50±10.30),(140.30±12.20)次/min;(34.30±3.20),(39.30±4.20)次/min;(76±3)%,(50±3)%;P<0.05]。结论:压缩吸入机、超声雾化吸入机均可用于小儿支气管哮喘疾病治疗中,就整体康复效果比较,压缩吸入机雾化吸入治疗更具优势。 Objective:To analyze the characteristics of bronchial asthma in children,and to compare and analyze the prognostic effects of compression inhalers and ultrasonic nebulization inhalers.Methods:Select pediatric bronchial asthma patients(n=92)admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 for randomized treatment.Children in the control group(n=46)were treated with an ultrasonic nebulizer inhaler,and children in the observation group(n=46)were treated with a compressed inhaler.The treatment status of the two groups of children were compared,including the treatment effect,vital signs and recovery time of symptoms and signs.Results:Comparison of clinical efficacy between groups,the total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.82%and 82.60%,respectively,P<0.05;Comparison of symptoms and signs between groups when recovery of symptoms and signs,the observation group of children’s pulmonary rales,coughand sputum phlegm sound,asthma disappearance time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group[(4.20±1.20),(6.30±1.02)d;(3.50±1.02),(5.05±1.30)d;(3.02±1.20),(5.60±1.30)d;(3.05±0.50),(4.30±1.05)d;(7.20±2.20),(9.05±2.50)d;P<0.05];Comparing the vital signs between the groups,the heart rate,respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation of the children in the observation group were better than those of the control group[(127.50±10.30),(140.30±12.20)beats/min;(34.30±3.20),(39.30±4.20)beats/min;(76±3)%,(50±3)%;P<0.05].Conclusion:Both the compression inhaler and ultrasonic atomization inhaler can be used in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Compared with the overall rehabilitation effect,the former compression inhaler has more advantages in the treatment of atomization inhalation.
