摘要
数字经济作为经济未来发展的重要方向,是我国经济发展规划中的重要一环,吸引外商直接投资也是顺应全球化进程的经济增长点。因此,以数字经济为基础,研究数字经济对外商直接投资的影响机制,以更有效地利用外商直接投资,对我国经济发展具有非常强的现实意义。本文首先阐述了数字经济的内涵及主要特征,分析了外商直接投资的影响因素,其次根据两者之间的联系剖析了数字经济对外商直接投资的影响机制,最后根据影响机制给出相应的解决方法,为未来两者的良性发展提供借鉴。
As the important direction of future economic development,digital economy is an important part of China's economic development planning.Attracting foreign direct investment is also an economic growth point that conforms to the process of globalization.Therefore,based on digital economy,it is of practical signifi cance to study the influence mechanism of digital economy on foreign direct investment so as to make more effective use of foreign direct investment.This paper first expounds the connotation and main characteristics of the digital economy,analyzes the influencing factors of foreign direct investment,then analyzes the impact mechanism of the digital economy on foreign direct investment according to the relationship between the two,and finally gives the corresponding solutions according to the impact mechanism,providing inferences for the benign development of the two in the future.
