预绞式金具紧固特性有限元分析

摘要 为了进一步提高预绞式金具的安全性,采用有限元方法分析了影响预绞式金具紧固特性的关键因素,得出预绞丝半径、节距、长度、摩擦系数和材料性质是预绞式金具设计中重要的参数。基于预绞丝的空间几何理论,编写Python程序实现了参数化建模,研究预绞丝设计参数对预绞丝与导线之间的接触应力和抗拔力的影响规律。结果表明:增大单根预绞丝的半径、增加预绞丝长度,其抗拔作用显著;减小单根预绞丝的节距,导线和预绞丝间接触较好,其抗拔效果明显;选用弹性模量较大的材料也能提高预绞丝抗拔性能。 In order to further improve the safety of the preformed helical fittings,key factors affecting the fastening characteristics of the preformed wires were investigated based on the finite element method.The preformed wire radius,pitch,length,friction coefficient and material properties are important parameters in the design of preformed helical fittings.In order to study the influence of the above parameters on the fastening characteristics of the preformed wire,a Python program was written based on the spatial geometry theory of the preformed wire to achieve parametric modeling,and the influence law of the design parameters of the preformed wire on the contact stress and the pullout resistance between the preformed wire and the wire was studied.The results show that the pullout resistance is significant with the increase of radius and length of single preformed wire.When the pitch of a single preformed wire is reduced,the contact between the wire and the preformed wire is better,and the pullout resistance becomes obvious.The material with higher elastic modulus can also improve the pullout resistance of the preformed wire.
