摘要
三峡工程是迄今为止世界上规模最大的水利枢纽工程和综合效益最广泛的水电工程,具有战略地位高、管理协调难度大、管理专业性强和生态环保压力大等特点。通过梳理近年来三峡水库综合管理有关工作,总结相关经验,结合转入正常运行期后的最新工作动态,提出三峡水库综合管理未来工作走向及建议,以期为其他水库管理工作提供借鉴。
The Three Gorges project is by far the world's largest water conservancy project with the most comprehensive benefits,featuring high strategic position,difficult management and coordination,strongly professional management and great pressure on ecological and environmental protection.By reviewing the work of comprehensive management of the Three Gorges Reservoir in recent years,we summarized the relevant experiences,and put forward the future work trends and suggestions for the comprehensive management in line with the latest work trends in the normal operation period of the Three Gorges Reservoir.The research is expected to offer reference for the management of other reservoirs.
