摘要
《葡萄酒文化与鉴赏》公共选修课是云南农业大学的一门通识教育类课程,该课程注重理论与实践相结合,兼具文化性、科学性、趣味性和实用性,是该校大学生素质教育的重要组成部分。该课程在我校已设立12年,为适应新时代的人才培养需求,开展了系列教学探索与实践,取得了明显的教学效果。该文将从该课程的定位、课程设置与特色、教学和评价机制的改革、教学反思与探索等方面进行总结和分享,以期抛砖引玉。
The public elective course"Wine Culture and Appreciation"is a general education course of Yunnan Agricultural University.This course focuses on the combination of theory and practice,and is one of the important parts of quality-oriented?education for undergraduates of the university.In order to meet the needs of personnel training in the new era,a series of teaching exploration and practices have been carried out,and remarkable teaching effects have been achieved.This article will summarize and share the course orientation,setting and characteristics,reform of teaching and evaluation mechanism,teaching introspection and exploration,etc.
